Yesterday was the first day of work for Benchmark’s new sales team, composed of Lene Stokka, Catrine Smørås, and Ruben Helmersen Johansen.
These new combinations of promotions and restructuring of positions are due to Benchmark’s strategic focus. This strategy seeks to improve the company’s product sales to the salmon industry, in particular by further strengthening the business customer service.
Thus, Kate Stenerud will be joined by experienced colleagues in the reorganized team. Lene Stokka and Catrine Smørås have been working as fish health specialists in Benchmark Animal Health’s technical department since 2021. Both have excelled in close dialogue with customers regarding sea lice treatments, which is why they were the best candidates for the new commercial team. Lene and Catrine will report to the Healthcare Commercial Leader, Preben Matre.
“In addition to customer contact, Lene and Catrine will ensure that the team enhances their expertise by sharing their knowledge and experiences with their colleagues. This change will also contribute to closer follow-up with our customers to ensure best practices and optimal use of our medicines,” said Stenerud.
On the other hand, the marketing team employed Ruben Helmersen Johansen as a trainee last year, and he has transitioned to a permanent position as a technical and sales associate. He will report to the new commercial leader for genetics, Thommy Holmvåg, and his main task will be to work closely with the customers in southern Norway.
