New CEO has been appointed in Bremnes Seashore

She will take over from current CEO Olav Svendsen on November 1st, 2023.

Linda Litlekalsøy Aase has been appointed as the new CEO of the Bremnes Seashore group. The announcement was made by the parent company, Bremnes Fryseri, in a press release on Friday.

Aase resigned from her position as CEO of Salmar in October 2022. She will take over from current CEO Olav Svendsen on November 1st, 2023. Svendsen has been the main owner and has worked in the company for over 50 years.

Board chairman Jan Sverre Røsstad of Bremnes Fryseri said that the company has gone through a thorough process and is excited to have Linda on board to continue Olav’s good work.

Aase has been recognized as a talented and respected leader and the company believes she will help move the company forward. Aase left Salmar after less than a year as CEO, saying it was the right thing for the company.
